Changes to your Nike.com order must be made in the first 30 minutes after the order is placed. Please call us to make changes to your order. If you need to make changes to a NIKEiD order, please see how to change your NIKEiD order.
We cannot change the shipping address (except for NIKEiD orders) or shipping method at any time after the order is placed.
If you're attempting to contact us outside of our normal business hours, please cancel your order and place a new order. After 30 minutes, orders cannot be changed or canceled and will ship as scheduled. You can return your order for any reason within the first 30 days (see the Nike returns policy).
