CONVERSE STORE RETURN POLICY

RETURNS WITH AN ORIGINAL CONVERSE STORE RECEIPT

Merchandise can be returned for any reason for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days, merchandise must be unwashed and unworn to receive a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.

GIFT RECEIPTS

Merchandise can be returned for an exchange or store credit at the original purchase price if returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days, merchandise must be unwashed and unworn to receive an exchange or store credit.

RETURNS WITHOUT A CONVERSE STORE RECEIPT

Merchandise originally purchased from a Converse Retail Store can be returned for an exchange or store credit at the current selling price if the item is unworn and unwashed.

OTHER TERMS

For Converse.com and Converse Custom returns, refer to the policies on the website; NIKE.COM RETURNS. Customization Sales are final. We reserve the right to require valid state or government photo ID for any returns; we also reserve the right to limit returns made with receipts. We reserve the right to determine manufacturing defects based on store management discretion.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT

A one-time price adjustment will be made when the original receipt is presented within 14 days of the date of purchase. Price adjustments will be issued based on the original form of payment.

DEFECTIVE/FLAWED PRODUCTS

Converse stands behind all of its products. If your product has a workmanship or material flaw, support is available depending on your place of purchase.

If you are unable to return your Converse retail product to the original place of purchase, please click the "Start your claim" button below. Allow 7 - 10 business days for your request to be processed.

  • Place and date of purchase
  • Receipt (if available)
  • Brief description of issue.

Please note: Claims submitted are for products that appear to be defective. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Returns or exchanges must be made at the place of purchase only.
