If your Converse sneakers were shipped within the last 30 days, Nike will accept your return for any reason (see the returns policy.

If you purchased your Converse sneakers more than 30 days ago, please view the "Did you purchase from an authorized retailer?" section below and follow the "Start your claim" process.
