You can check your order status online at any time. Please review the order status definitions if you need additional information.

Note: Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email and if your order was placed while logged into your NikePlus Profile it will be in your order history.

If your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to track your order.

If the link to track your package doesn't work, copy the tracking number and visit or (if the tracking number begins with "1Z").

If you're unable to check your order status online, please contact us.

Some email providers may route emails to your spam or junk folder. Be sure to check these folders if you don't see the email in your inbox.
