You can receive a refund for your Nike.com order for any reason within the first 30 days. After 30 days, you can still receive a refund if the product is unworn and unwashed. See the Nike return policy for more information.
To get your refund, please start your return.
You will receive an email notification when your refund is processed. When you receive the refund depends on how your bank processes the transaction. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Unless otherwise specified, the refund amount includes only the cost of the product(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable, unless you received the wrong order or products were damaged in transit.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you purchased your order with multiple payment methods, the refund is first applied to the credit card or PayPal account up to the original amount charged, and then to a gift card or product voucher.
If you're refunded to a gift card that is no longer in your possession, please locate the gift card number in your refund confirmation email. You can use this number during checkout at a Nike store or on Nike.com.
