After starting your online return, you can check the return status at any time.
To check your return status, sign in to the order history page and locate your returned order. If you don't have your order number, please contact us for assistance.
Mobile users: If you're unable to log in to the order history page, please call us at 1-800-806-6453 and select option 3. Please have your order number available.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2 business days after your return is received. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
You will receive a confirmation email after your return is processed.
