HOLIDAY RETURNS

Apple Watch Nike+ orders received between November 15, 2017 and December 25, 2017 may be returned through January 8, 2018. All purchases made after December 25, 2017 are subject to the Standard 14 Day Return Policy for Apple Watch Nike+.

You can return your Apple Watch Nike+ for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date.

To return an Apple Watch Nike+ purchased on Nike.com, please follow these instructions.

STEP 1: UNPAIR YOUR APPLE WATCH NIKE+

  1. Keep your Apple Watch and iPhone close together as you unpair them.
  2. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
  3. Go to the My Watch tab and tap your watch at the top of the screen.
  4. Tap the icon next to the watch that you want to unpair.
  5. Tap Unpair Apple Watch.
  6. Tap again to confirm. You might need to enter your Apple ID password to disable Activation Lock.

DEVICES STILL PAIRED TO AN IPHONE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.

STEP 2: CONTACT US TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN

  • We will verify that the Apple Watch Nike+ is unpaired from your iPhone
  • We will send a free prepaid return label to you

STEP 3: RETURN YOUR DEVICE TO NIKE

  • Package the Apple Watch Nike+, Nike Sport Band, charging cable, and USB power adapter in the Apple Watch Nike+ box
  • Affix the prepaid return label to the shipping box
  • Follow the instructions on the return label and give the package to the carrier

You can also return your Apple Watch Nike+ to a Nike store.
