HOW DO I RETURN MY NIKE.COM ORDER?

We design our shoes and gear to help you perform at peak level, so if they're not working for you, we've got you covered. Your NikePlus membership gives you a 30-day trial run on every order, every time. If you're unhappy at any point during those 30 days, simply follow the steps above (or see below for additional options) to send your order back free of charge, no questions asked.

What is Nike’s return policy?
You can return Nike.com orders for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date, with some exceptions. After 30 days, you can still return items if they’re unworn and unwashed. (Please note that orders placed between November 7, 2017 and January 6, 2018 can be returned for any reason within 60 days of purchase. Apple Watch Nike+ orders excluded.)

I don't have a return label – what should I do?
If your order did not include a return label, or if you've misplaced or discarded the label, you can choose one of the following options:
  • You can download a return label, or we can email or deliver you a new one.
  • You can also return your order to any Nike store. Please see our store locator for a store closest to you. (Please note that all Nike stores accept Nike, Converse and Hurley shoes and apparel ordered from Nike.com, but Converse and Hurley stores only accept Converse and Hurley products, respectively.)

When will I get my refund?
Once we’ve received and processed your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within two business days. Please see Nike Refund Information for more information.

Can I exchange my order?
If you’d like to exchange your Nike.com order for a different size or color, please give us a call at 1-800-806-6453. You can also take your Nike.com order to a Nike store for an in-store exchange.

Can I return something I received as a gift?
Absolutely. If you want to return a gift that was purchased for you on Nike.com, simply give us a call at 1-800-806-6453 and we’ll issue the refund to a Nike gift card.
