Changes to your Nike.com order must be made in the first 30 minutes after the order is placed. Please call us to make changes to your order. If you need to make changes to a NIKEiD order, please see how to change your NIKEiD order.
If you're attempting to contact us outside of our normal business hours, please cancel your order and place a new order. Orders placed more than 30 minutes ago cannot be changed or canceled and will ship as scheduled. You can return your order for any reason within the first 30 days (see the Nike returns policy).
Note: We're unable to change the shipping address (excludes NIKEiD orders) or shipping method at any time after the order is placed.
