Some Nike.com orders include a return label and return form in the box. If your order has a label and form, simply fill out the form and place it in the box with your order. Seal the box, stick the prepaid label on the box (covering up any previous labels), and drop it off at any UPS or US Postal Service location.
If you didn't receive a return label with your order, or you no longer have the label that was included, you can get a label by starting an online return. The label can be printed, emailed (allow up to 1 hour) or mailed (arrives in 2-5 business days).
If you need to reprint a label, please check your Nike.com return status, click the product you wish to return, and click "Get Return Label". While return labels don't expire, each label can only be used once.
Labels obtained through the online returns process are prepaid and preaddressed if you sign in with Nike+. If you placed your order as a non-member, your label will be preaddressed but not prepaid. You're responsible for shipping costs, and Nike recommends using a traceable shipping method.
