NIKEiD orders can be canceled any time before customization is completed. If you placed your NIKEiD order within the last 30 minutes, see the steps below to cancel your order. If it's been more than 30 minutes, please contact us by phone or chat for assistance.

Please follow these steps to cancel your order online:

  1. Visit the order status page and sign in.
  2. Locate your order or sign in as a guest if you're unable to locate your order.
  3. Click the orange "Cancel Order" button and confirm cancellation.
