NIKE ACCESS CODES


Nike.com uses Access Codes to grant customers exclusive access to select Nike products. Each code is unique to the individual, valid for a limited time and redeemable only one time.

Nike reserves the right to use Access Codes on any product and doesn't announce selections publicly prior to use. Nike also reserves the right to deactivate Access Codes or ban users at any time.

HOW DOES NIKE DISTRIBUTE ACCESS CODES?

Nike distributes Access Codes either in person or electronically. Distribution methods vary based on the product or event.

CAN I GET AN ACCESS CODE?

Follow @nikestore on Twitter for information about future launches. If an Access Code is required, @nikestore will announce that information prior to the launch date. Most other products don't require an Access Code. If you encounter a product page with an Access Code field, review the instructions and terms on that product page.


DOES AN ACCESS CODE GUARANTEE I'LL GET THE PRODUCT?

No. Access Codes gives you access, but don't guarantee you'll be able to buy the product.


HOW LONG IS MY ACCESS CODE VALID?

Access Codes are assigned unique "live times" for each product. Use the Access Code as soon as you receive it because supplies may be limited. The communication containing the code will explicitly state how long the Access Code is valid.


CAN I USE AN ACCESS CODE MORE THAN ONCE?

No. Access Codes are valid for one-time use only.


WHY IS MY ACCESS CODE NOT WORKING?

If the code doesn't work, please double check that you've entered it correctly. Otherwise, the code may be expired or already redeemed. Access Codes are valid for one-time use. Please don't share your code.


WHAT'S THE "DISABLED ACCESS CODE" MESSAGE?

An Access Code may be disabled if it doesn't unlock a product detail page (PDP) as intended, or if fraudulent activity is detected.


ARE ACCESS CODES SIZE-SPECIFIC?

Access Codes are occasionally size-specific, which will be communicated with the code. These code recipients may only purchase the specific size indicated with the code.


WHAT IF MY CODE IS FOR THE WRONG SIZE?

Please contact us. Due to limited sizes and availability, new Access Codes may not be available.


WHY DID I RECEIVE AN "UNAVAILABLE" MESSAGE?

If you receive a message that a product is unavailable because it's been added to other shopping carts, all available units of the product have been purchased or are temporarily held. Keep checking because other customers may not complete their purchases and products may become available.


CAN I USE A PROMO CODE WITH AN ACCESS CODE?

Yes. Promotional codes can be redeemed at checkout when using an Access Code.
