NIKE EXCLUSIVE ACCESS

Nike.com uses Exclusive Access to grant customers exclusive access to select Nike products.

Nike reserves the right to use Exclusive Access on any product and doesn’t announce selections publicly prior to use. Nike also reserves the right to remove Exclusive Access or ban users at any time.

To receive an Access Code for the Nike SNKRS app, register for the Waitlist, and you'll be notified by email with further details.

HOW IS EXCLUSIVE ACCESS GRANTED?

Nike can grant Exclusive Access in person or electronically. Distribution methods vary based on the product or event.

Exclusive Access can be assigned to a member’s profile or an Access Code will be provided to unlock a product page.

CAN I GET EXCLUSIVE ACCESS?

Create a free Nike+ account. To participate in an Exclusive Access event you will need to be with Nike+.

Then follow @nikestore or visit the Nike.com Launch Calendar for information on upcoming launch dates. Members will be notified of Exclusive Access events prior to product launch dates.

WILL ALL PRODUCTS HAVE EXCLUSIVE ACCESS EVENTS?

No. Most other products will not be locked by an Exclusive Access event. If you encounter a product page locked by and Exclusive Access event, review the instructions and terms on that product page.

DOES EXCLUSIVE ACCESS GUARANTEE I'LL GET THE PRODUCT?

No. Exclusive Access gives you access to the product, but does not guarantee you’ll be able to buy the product.

HOW LONG IS MY EXCLUSIVE ACCESS VALID?

Exclusive Access events have unique “live times” for each product. Use your Exclusive Access as soon as you receive it because supplies may be limited. Communication about the event will state how long the event will last.

I GOT EXCLUSIVE ACCESS! CAN I USE IT MORE THAN ONCE?

Exclusive Access is granted as one-time use for a specific product.

WHY IS MY EXCLUSIVE ACCESS CODE NOT WORKING?

If the code doesn’t work, please double check that you’ve entered it correctly. Otherwise, the code may be expired or already redeemed. Please don’t share your code. Not all Exclusive Access events will require the entry of a code.

WHY DO I SEE A "DISABLED ACCESS CODE" MESSAGE?

If the Exclusive Access event requires the entry of an actual code, this code may be disabled if fraudulent activity has been detected.

IS EXCLUSIVE ACCESS SIZE-SPECIFIC?

Exclusive Access events are occasionally size-specific, which will be communicated during the event. The recipients may only purchase the specific size indicated.

WHAT IF MY EXCLUSIVE ACCESS HAS BEEN GRANTED FOR THE WRONG SIZE?

Please contact us. Due to limited availability we may not be able to grant access to your size.

WHY DID I RECEIVE AN "UNAVAILABLE" MESSAGE?

The product has been added to other shopping carts and all available units of the product have been purchased or are temporarily held. Keep checking because other customers may not complete their purchases and products may become available.

CAN I USE A PROMO CODE WITH EXCLUSIVE ACCESS?

Yes. Promotional codes can be redeemed at checkout during and Exclusive Access event.
