Nike+ access to product

HOW IS ACCESS GRANTED?

Nike+ access to products can be assigned to a member’s Nike+ account. Assigned members can use their Nike+ login to unlock a product page or an Access Code will be provided to unlock a product page.

CAN I GET ACCESS?

Create a free Nike+ account. To be eligible to receive access to products, you will need to have a Nike+ account.

Then follow @nikestore or visit the Nike.com Launch Calendar for information on upcoming launch dates. Members will be notified of access events prior to product launch dates.

WILL ALL PRODUCTS HAVE ACCESS EVENTS?

No. Most other product pages will not be locked, if you encounter a product page locked by an access event, you will need to have had access assigned to your Nike+ account to unlock.

DOES ACCESS GUARANTEE I'LL GET THE PRODUCT?

No. Access gives you the ability to unlock the product page, but does not guarantee you’ll be able to buy the product.

HOW LONG IS MY ACCESS VALID?

Access events have unique "live times" for each product. Use your access as soon as you receive it because supplies may be limited. Communication about the event will state how long the event will last.

I GOT ACCESS! CAN I USE IT MORE THAN ONCE?

Access is granted as one-time use for a specific product.

I ENTERED MY NIKE+ LOGIN INFORMATION BUT THE PRODUCT IS STILL LOCKED?

When access is assigned to a Nike+ account, you will need to unlock the product with that same account. Since it is possible to have more than one Nike+ account double check that you are to entering the correct login information. If you received an email about access to a product, the email address will match that email address of the Nike+ account your access has been applied.

WHY IS MY ACCESS CODE NOT WORKING?

If the code doesn’t work, please double check that you’ve entered it correctly. Otherwise, the code may be expired or already redeemed. Please don’t share your code. Not all Access events will require the entry of a code.

WHY DO I SEE A "DISABLED ACCESS CODE" MESSAGE?

If the Access event requires the entry of an actual code, this code may be disabled if fraudulent activity has been detected.

IS ACCESS SIZE-SPECIFIC?

Access events are occasionally size-specific, which will be communicated during the event. The recipients may only purchase the specific size indicated.

WHAT IF MY ACCESS HAS BEEN GRANTED FOR THE WRONG SIZE?

Please contact us. Due to limited availability we may not be able to grant access to your size.

WHY DID I RECEIVE AN "UNAVAILABLE" MESSAGE?

The product has been added to other shopping carts and all available units of the product have been purchased or are temporarily held. Keep checking because other customers may not complete their purchases and products may become available.

CAN I USE A PROMO CODE WITH MY ACCESS?

Yes. Promotional codes can be redeemed at checkout during an access event.
