WHAT ARE RESERVED FOR YOU INVITATIONS?

Occasionally we extend Reserved For You invitations for select products and experiences we think you’ll love the most. The more information we know about your product and sport preferences, the better we can serve you.

HOW DO YOU SELECT WHO RECEIVES AN INVITATION?

We select our audience based on who we think will have an interest in the product or experience. The more active you are with Nike+, the more personalized your Reserved For You invitations get—and the more likely you’ll love the product or experience within each invitation.

WILL ALL PRODUCTS HAVE Reserved For You INVITATIONS?

The short answer: Nope. Only select products and experiences will get this type of treatment.

IF I RECEIVED AN INVITATION, AM I GUARANTEED THE ABILITY TO PURCHASE THE PRODUCT?

Each invitation is only open for a limited time, and quantities can be limited. If you are unable to buy or book with your invitation, please call our Nike+ Experts for assistance.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO BUY OR BOOK MY RESERVED FOR YOU INVITATION?

The expiration date and time is included in the Reserved For You invitation.

I RECEIVED AN INVITATION; CAN I PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE?

Sorry, but no. You may only buy or book only once within each Reserved For You Invitation.

IS MY INVITATION SIZE-SPECIFIC?

Some—but not all—invitations are reserved for you, in your size, so please check the details before you complete your order. If your size has changed, make sure to update in the settings in your Nike+ app.

WHAT IF MY RESERVED FOR YOU INVITATION IS IN THE WRONG SIZE?

Please call our Nike+ Experts by accessing the "+" tab within the Nike+ app, and they'll work with you to get your correct size. Due to limited quantities for some invitations, we may not always be able to grant your request. But we will work our hardest to make it right.

I ENTERED MY NIKE+ LOGIN INFORMATION BUT IT SAYS I DON'T HAVE ACCESS. WHAT DO I DO?

First, let's make sure you are using the same Nike+ email that received the invitation. If that's correct and you're still not able to access, please call our Nike+ Experts for assistance.

WHY DID I RECEIVE AN "UNAVAILABLE" MESSAGE?

The product has been added to other shopping carts, and all available units of the product have been purchased or are temporarily held. Keep checking, though—other customers may not complete their purchases, making those products available.
