Nike.com returns

Nike.com orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date. You can return your order to Nike.com or to any Nike store in the U.S.

HOW DO I RETURN MY NIKE.COM ORDER?

  • Use the return label included with the order

    Nike.com orders include a return form and free prepaid return label in the box. Please fill out the form and place it in the box with your order, stick the label on the box, and drop it off at any UPS location.

  • Download a return label

    If you did not receive a return label with your order, start your online return by clicking the button below and following the on-screen prompts.

    After you set up your return, you'll receive a preaddressed return label that can be used to ship your product back to us (join Nike+ to receive a free prepaid return label).

  • Return your order to a Nike store

    Bring your packing slip or order number to a Nike store.

    Please note that Nike stores cannot refund PayPal accounts and may instead offer a gift card at the manager's discretion.

  • Return your Nike.com Converse order to a Converse store

    Bring your Nike.com order confirmation email and packing slip with Converse product to a Converse store.

After your return is received, we'll refund your original payment method. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. See Nike refunds for more information.

RETURN POLICY

Most Nike.com (including custom Converse and NIKEiD) purchases can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date. After 30 days, you can still return your Nike.com purchase for a full refund as long as it hasn't been used. Some restrictions apply.

  • We are not able to accept returns on NIKEiD products purchased through a bulk order, unless such item has a material or workmanship flaw.
  • Nike golf clubs: Can be returned for a refund within 90 days of the ship date. See the Nike golf club return policy for more information.
  • Nike gift cards: No returns or cancellations after purchase.
  • Nike+ devices: Please include all parts originally included with the device. Nike+ devices returned more than 30 days after the ship date must be unopened with the seal intact.
  • Nike+ Kinect Training for Xbox 360: Can only be returned if unopened. Visit Nike+ Support for troubleshooting or contact Xbox if the disc is defective.
  • The Nike + iPod Sensor can only be returned unopened.
  • Some Nike products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties. Please read the label, hang tag or warranty card for specific guidelines and return information.

NIKEiD RETURNS

Customized NIKEiD products can be returned for any reason within 30 days. See the NIKEiD returns policy.

CUSTOMIZED CONVERSE RETURNS

Customized Converse products can be returned for any reason within 30 days.

NIKE AND CONVERSE STORE RETURNS

Purchases made at a Nike or Converse retail store (NIKETOWN, Nike Factory Store, Converse store etc.) must be returned to a Nike or Converse store. See the Nike store return policy for more details.

If you made an online purchase at a Nike store, please follow the Nike.com return instructions above.

If you purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact the store you purchased from to return your product.

DEFECTIVE/FLAWED PRODUCTS

Nike stands behind all of its products. If your product has a workmanship or material flaw, support is available depending on your place of purchase.

Some Nike products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties. Please read the label, hang tag or warranty card for specific guidelines and return information.

  • Nike.com purchases: Flawed shoes, apparel and gear can be returned if manufactured less than two years ago. Follow the online return steps above.
  • Nike store purchase: Return flawed products to the store or another nearby Nike store.
  • Authorized retail store purchase: Attempt to return your product to the store. If you're unable to return to the store and have purchased Nike products, please start a claim on Nikeclaims.com. If you purchased Converse product, claim information is available here.

If you believe your Nike+ device is flawed, please contact Nike+ Support. Please contact Nike Golf Customer Service for assistance with flawed golf clubs.

EXCHANGE OPTIONS

If you wish to exchange your Nike.com order for a different size, color or style, please call us. You can also take your Nike.com order to a Nike store for a refund or in-store exchange.

GIFT RETURNS

Please call us to return a gift without the gift giver being notified or refunded. We'll help you return the gift for a Nike.com gift card.
